  • Rest of India / Remote Locations: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specified promotional threshold or during promotional sale events (otherwise standard shipping fees apply at checkout).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your package directly through our website via the Track Order page using your Order ID and contact details, or via the link sent to your registered phone number/email.

4. Address Changes & Incorrect Information

  • Please ensure all delivery details, including your pin code and contact number, are correct before submitting your order.

  • If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Undelivered Packages & Re-Delivery

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the order.
