1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped by reaching out to our support team. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the package according to our return policy.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility Window: We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact, and packaged in their original box/bags.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, promotional freebies, and final clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless delivered damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after obtaining your details.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • In case of defective/wrong items delivered, cinewebby covers the full return shipping cost.

  • For standard returns or exchanges due to size/preference reasons, a nominal reverse shipping fee may apply or be deducted from the refund amount.
